WFI Storage & Distribution Tanks: Horizontal or vertical cylindrical tanks with a distribution loop return, spray ball for sanitisation, and maintained at 80-85°C.
Intermediate Holding Tanks: Insulated and dimple-jacketed for temperature maintenance, with gentle agitation.
Sterile Receiving / Filling Vessels: Vertical cylindrical tanks with a conical or dished bottom, designed for minimal hold-up, mounted on precision load cells. Complete aseptic design.
Buffer & Media Preparation Vessels: Smaller jacketed vessels with pH monitoring, for buffer and media make-up.
CIP / SIP Skid Vessels: Tanks for cleaning solutions and pure steam generation.
